About
Paperwork is still the bottleneck
Insurance applications, HR onboarding, financial intake — the actual work happens on a form, and that form is too often still a PDF, a scanned image, or a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. Unda Forms treats a form as structured, verifiable data from the moment someone starts filling it out, instead of a document to digitize after the fact.
What that means in practice
Four things we don't compromise on
A number nobody re-checks isn't a number you can trust
Every calculated premium or summary is recomputed on the server at submission time from the same formula the browser used — not just trusted from whatever the client sent.
A form is data infrastructure, not a scanned image
Schemas are structured, versioned, and validated server-side against the exact fields an applicant can fill in — not a PDF with instructions on top of it.
Verification belongs in the form, not bolted on after
E-signatures, OTP identity verification, and an audit log are part of the runtime every form gets, not a separate integration someone has to wire up.
The people reviewing submissions matter as much as the people filling them out
Role-based access, agent referral tracking, and a real submissions dashboard — reviewing an application shouldn’t mean exporting a spreadsheet and hoping.
