Terms of Service
Last updated August 21, 2026
By creating an account or using a form built on Unda Forms, you're agreeing to these terms. Read the Privacy Policy too — it covers what data we collect and how, which these terms don't repeat.
1. What Unda Forms is
Unda Forms is schema-driven form infrastructure: a dashboard for building digital forms, publishing them for applicants to fill out, and reviewing what comes in. An "organization" is the account that owns forms and submissions; a "member" is a person with access to an organization's dashboard, with a role (owner, admin, staff, or agent) that controls what they can do; an "applicant" is someone filling out a published public form, who doesn't need an account at all.
2. Accounts
You need an account to create or manage an organization. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account — if you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and enable two-factor authentication immediately. You must provide an accurate email address, since it's how we deliver verification codes, password resets, and (if enabled) submission notifications.
An organization's owner role has full control over that organization, including billing, member roles, and the ability to delete the organization entirely. If you're the sole owner of an organization, you can't erase your personal account (see the Privacy Policy) without first promoting another member or deleting the organization — there always needs to be someone who can manage it.
3. Plans & billing
Unda Forms is offered on a Free plan and paid plans (currently Growth and Enterprise), each with its own limits on published forms and monthly submissions — see the pricing page for current numbers, since limits are enforced against whatever the actual plan definitions are at the time, not a number frozen into this document. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Downgrading or cancelling doesn't retroactively delete data that already exceeds a lower plan's limits, but may prevent publishing new forms or accepting new submissions until you're back within the new plan's limits.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Unda Forms to:
- Publish a form, or collect data through one, for anything illegal — fraud, phishing, or collecting information you're not legally entitled to collect.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or role-based access controls, or probe the platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Upload malicious files, or use file-upload fields for anything other than the documents a legitimate form actually needs.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform itself outside of your own organization's legitimate use.
We may suspend or terminate access for violating this section, with notice where practical — abuse that threatens the platform's availability or other customers' data may be acted on immediately.
5. Your data, and applicant data
Your organization owns the forms it builds and the submissions it receives. We don't claim ownership over your form content or your applicants' answers, and we don't use them to train any model or share them with other customers. As the organization publishing a form, you're responsible for what you collect through it and for complying with whatever law applies to that data — Unda Forms provides the infrastructure (server-verified calculations, e-signature and OTP verification, an audit log, role- based access) to help you handle it responsibly, but the legal responsibility for what a specific form collects and why is yours as the publisher.
Calculated values shown to applicants (like a computed premium) are always recomputed on our servers from the same formula, rather than trusted from whatever a browser sends — but you're still responsible for the formulas and field configuration you define.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the platform available and performant, but Unda Forms is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guaranteed uptime commitment at this time. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, email delivery, object storage), or issues outside our control can affect availability.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unda Forms is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including decisions made based on data collected through a form you built. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
8. Termination
You can delete an organization or erase your personal account at any time through the dashboard — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what account erasure does. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating Section 4, for non-payment on a paid plan, or if required by law.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify account owners directly. Continuing to use Unda Forms after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
